Applications

GASOLINE FINDER is a paste to detect the level in tanks with gasoline ａnd other light mineral oils, that are otherwise difficult to determine as they evaporate quickly.

Directions for use

Apply the paste on the lower part of a clean gauge / measuring tape ａnd lower it to the bottom of the tank. Directly after pulling up, the level of the fuel/oil can be read by a distinct red colour change.

Standard packing

GASOLINE FINDER is usually available in boxes containing 20 tubes of 60 gram.

Applications

WATER FINDER SPECIAL changes colour from dark green to navy blue when it comes into contact with water present under fuel or mineral oils. Water can cause significant corrosion in storage tanks ａnd other devices. It is therefore extremely important to regularly check for the presence of water.

Directions for use

Apply the paste to the bottom of the dipstick ａnd lower it to the bottom of the tank. Once the dipstick has been raised again, presence of water is instantly visible as the paste will have turned navy blue. See also the demonstration video on the right.
