TITF1抗原；甲狀腺轉(zhuǎn)錄因子1(TITF1)重組蛋白多種屬 有調(diào)節(jié)甲狀腺、肺和大腦的基因表達(dá)的功能。它在甲狀腺中的分子靶點(diǎn)是甲狀腺球蛋白、促甲狀腺素受體和甲狀腺過氧化酶。 TTF1在肺腺癌和肺神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌腫瘤（包括有肺小細(xì)胞癌）中是較好的標(biāo)記物。其特異性和敏感性都很高，可以用于區(qū)分肺原發(fā)性、繼發(fā)性腺癌、小部分胃腸道腺癌等。

Phenomenon explanation:

The possible reasons that the actual band size differs from the predicted are as follows:

1.Splice variants: Alternative splicing may create different sized proteins from the same gene.

2. Relative charge: The composition of amino acids may affects the charge of the protein.

3. Post-translational modification: Phosphorylation, glycosylation, methylation etc.

4. Post-translation cleavage: Many proteins are synthesized as pro-proteins, and then cleavedto give the active form.

5. Polymerization of the target protein: Dimerization, multimerization etc.

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in 100mM NaHCO₃, 500mM NaCl (pH8.3) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Donot vortex.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

             Store at 2-8°Cfor one month.

             Aliquot and store at -80°Cfor 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
