加熱升溫快,梯度小
         熱解吸爐與再生老化爐兼容,加熱塊設(shè)置了三個(gè)樣品管槽,加熱功率大,升溫快,梯度小,取放樣品管方便,又兼有對(duì)樣品吸附管進(jìn)行清洗與活化的功能。為了加熱安全,特設(shè)置了過溫保護(hù)裝置。

         TP-5000通用型熱解吸進(jìn)樣器的時(shí)間程序控制器進(jìn)行了專門的設(shè)計(jì),使用時(shí)只要設(shè)定解吸時(shí)間,進(jìn)樣時(shí)間及吹洗時(shí)間后,按<分析>鍵分析就可自動(dòng)運(yùn)行。為了使操作簡便,進(jìn)樣器還設(shè)置專用接頭,使進(jìn)樣與儀器、數(shù)據(jù)處理裝置同步運(yùn)行。

Principle
  
Eight Ni-plated aluminum cups 1 with a capacity of 4 mleach containing 1 mL of sample are resting in the sample cup tray. For the test, the sample cups are lifted consecutively to the temperature controlled oven 2, forming the test-chamber with a metal to metal seal. A thermocouple 3 is immersed into the sample to measure the temperature. The temperature of the oven is controlled by Peltier elements 4an air cooled heat sink 5. The vapor is ignited by a high voltage arc 6 inside the test-chamber. At the flash point, the pressure inside the sealed measuring chamber is increased significantly, which is detected by a built-in pressure transducer 7. A rotating magneta small magnet 8 inside the the sample cup provide stirring.

    毛細(xì)管氣相色譜儀通常采用微量注射器進(jìn)樣,而微量注射器在使用過程中應(yīng)注意以下問題:①進(jìn)樣量一般為0.1μl~1μl以達(dá)到分離要求和在檢測器線性響應(yīng)范圍之內(nèi)。②不宜快速推拉針頭,太快,不但不宜排出氣泡,還會(huì)損壞注射器塞桿。③吸取樣品后,用濾紙去除針頭的殘留樣品時(shí),應(yīng)避免觸及針尖,以保證分析的良好重現(xiàn)性。另外,毛細(xì)管進(jìn)樣系統(tǒng)有分流和不分流兩種進(jìn)樣方式,應(yīng)根據(jù)所分析的樣品選擇適合的進(jìn)樣方式。
