元件直徑分Φ6.5、Φ5、Φ4三種,也可按照客戶要求制作。雙金屬材料有國(guó)產(chǎn)材料及進(jìn)口高溫材料兩種。元件長(zhǎng)度為20mm~70mm不等。

Description The model S-20 pressure transmitter for general industrial applications is the ideal solution for customers with demanding measuring requirements. It features a very good accuracy, a robust design and an exceptional number of variants, meaning it can be suited to the widest range of applications.
Versatile The model S-20 offers continuous measuring ranges between 0 ... 0.4 and 0 ... 1,600 bar in all the major units. These measuring ranges can be combined in almost any way with all the standard industry output signals, the most common international process connections and a wide number of electrical connections. Furthermore, it offers numerous options, such as different accuracy classes, extended temperature ranges and customer-specific pin assignments.
High quality The robust design turns the model S-20 into a very high quality product, which even the most adverse environmental conditions cannot affect. Whether with the lowest temperatures when used outdoors, with extreme shock and vibration in machine building or with aggressive media in the chemical industry, this transmitter can meet all requirements.
Availability All variants described in this data sheet are available on very short lead times. For particularly urgent demands, there is a sizeable stock available.
Measuring ranges
The given measuring ranges are also available in kg/cm2, kPa and MPa. Special measuring ranges between 0 ... 0.4 and 0 ... 1,600 bar are available on request. Special measuring ranges have a reduced long-term stability and increased temperature errors.
Overpressure limit The overpressure limit is based on the sensor element used. Depending on the selected process connection and sealing, restrictions in overpressure safety can result. A higher overpressure limit will result in a higher temperature error.

一.概述
FG600智能靜壓液位計(jì)是本公司為適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求,而自行開(kāi)發(fā)和生產(chǎn)的新一代液位測(cè)量?jī)x表,該儀表具有性能,安裝簡(jiǎn)單和使用方便的特點(diǎn),F(xiàn)G600系列有六種型號(hào)靜壓液位計(jì):
FG600-1型為沉入纜式結(jié)構(gòu);
FG600-2型為沉入桿式結(jié)構(gòu);
FG600-3型為直裝螺紋旋入式結(jié)構(gòu);
FG600-4型為直裝法蘭式結(jié)構(gòu),四者均具隔爆和本安型。
FG600-5和FG600-6接觸介質(zhì)部分材料為PTFE或哈氏合金,適用于強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿等強(qiáng)腐蝕介質(zhì)測(cè)量,具本安防爆型。FG600-5型為沉入纜式結(jié)構(gòu);FG600-6型為沉入桿式結(jié)構(gòu)。
二.工作原理
FG600智能靜壓液位計(jì)通過(guò)壓力傳感器實(shí)現(xiàn)液位測(cè)量。壓力傳感器探入或接觸被測(cè)液體,受到一定的靜壓(P)。此壓力(P,MPa)與液體高度(h,m)的關(guān)系列為P=10&#1471;³ρ gh。式中ρ為被測(cè)液體密度(g/cm³),g為當(dāng)?shù)氐闹亓退俣龋╩/s²)。對(duì)于一定的被測(cè)介質(zhì)和地點(diǎn),ρ和g為常數(shù),壓力和液位高度成正比。如此,通過(guò)壓力傳感器實(shí)現(xiàn)了液位測(cè)量。

四.防爆型與防腐型液位計(jì)安裝使用注意事項(xiàng)
(一) 隔爆型
1. 在爆炸危險(xiǎn)區(qū)域開(kāi)啟液位變送器外殼時(shí),必須切斷儀表電源.
2. 把蓋旋緊后務(wù)必將蓋上的緊定螺紋旋緊.
(二) 本安型
1. 液位計(jì)應(yīng)單獨(dú)安裝,盡量遠(yuǎn)離大功率設(shè)備,以避免電磁感應(yīng)和靜電感應(yīng).
2. 本安電路的外部導(dǎo)線應(yīng)單獨(dú)布置,不允許與高壓電纜一起敷設(shè).
3. 液位計(jì)到安全柵的連接導(dǎo)線應(yīng)盡量縮短,禁止盤卷連接導(dǎo)線的分布電感,分布電容與液位計(jì)的等效電感,等效電容分別之和須少于安全柵規(guī)定的額定值(例如:當(dāng)導(dǎo)線截面1mm2時(shí),連接導(dǎo)線的總長(zhǎng)度不大于1000米).
4. 為確保本安性能,用戶不得隨意更換器件,維修有困難應(yīng)送本公司修理.
5. 變送器線路板上設(shè)有電源接線端子(端子下面有“+”“-”標(biāo)記),接線后,端子的卡口外不得有裸銅線
(三) 防腐型(FG600-5、 FG600-6)
FG600-5、FG600-6防腐型靜壓液位計(jì)電纜接觸被測(cè)介質(zhì)的材料系聚四氟乙烯.鑒于該材料比金屬材料強(qiáng)度差、硬度低等特點(diǎn),請(qǐng)用戶在運(yùn)輸、拆包裝和儀表安裝過(guò)程中,防止儀表受到碰傷、摔損、沖擊和折曲等損壞.另外,使用FG600-5的用戶需注意以下幾點(diǎn):
1. 切勿折曲電纜和損傷電纜表面;
2. 電纜和傳感器、變送器之間不得拉拔;
3. 傳感器外殼材料為PTFE的FG600-5必需加配重(其材料為PTFE或哈氏合金C276),配重安裝時(shí)請(qǐng)將傳感器端部的護(hù)罩旋下,然后手持傳感器將配重旋入,開(kāi)始旋入時(shí)請(qǐng)注意將螺紋對(duì)正.
4. 傳感器和配重一起投入介質(zhì)時(shí),請(qǐng)緩慢設(shè)放,切勿猛然擲入.
五.安裝方式圖
注意:FG600-1、FG600-5的導(dǎo)氣電纜不可過(guò)分夾緊和折曲過(guò)銳,F(xiàn)G600-1、FG600-5的安裝方式有螺紋連接、法蘭連接和分離式三種,法蘭連接采用GB9119。.6-88。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中DN50和DN100作為常用規(guī)格.
FG600-3的安裝方式為直裝式螺紋連接,其外螺紋為G11/2〞、G2〞、G21/2〞(分別對(duì)應(yīng)于不同的最小靜壓滿量程)。
FG600-4的安裝方式為直裝式法蘭連接,法蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用GB9119.6-88.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中DN50和DN80作為常用規(guī)格。
FG600-2、FG600-6的安裝方式為螺紋連接和法蘭連接,法蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采用GB9119.6-88.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中DN50、DN80作為FG6001-2常用規(guī)格,DN65、DN100作

六.關(guān)于零點(diǎn)和滿度調(diào)節(jié)的說(shuō)明
液位計(jì)出廠前,已校準(zhǔn)零點(diǎn)和滿度,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝后,若測(cè)量傳感器的安裝位置與實(shí)際液位的零位有差異時(shí),可通過(guò)變送器內(nèi)的零點(diǎn)電位器調(diào)整來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)一致。

由于結(jié)構(gòu)條件限制,F(xiàn)G600系列隔爆型液位計(jì)的零點(diǎn)和滿度不能在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié),可通過(guò)液位顯示儀調(diào)節(jié)。

接線工作完后請(qǐng)注意:
1.務(wù)必把蓋旋緊,直到兩端面重合.對(duì)于隔爆型液位計(jì)尚需再將蓋上的緊定螺釘旋緊.
2.將電纜引入口的螺栓旋入,使密封圈抱緊電纜,確保密封.

八.傳感器配重
在測(cè)流動(dòng)性較大的介質(zhì)時(shí),為防止傳感器劇烈擺動(dòng)、用戶可選用配重,它可起到穩(wěn)定傳感器的作用、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型配重(直徑42mm)用于一般測(cè)量方式;沉底式配重可將液位計(jì)沉入底部亦可利用“配重連接件”的螺栓將其固定在工藝設(shè)施上.
九.電纜卡輪的使用
導(dǎo)氣電纜長(zhǎng)度超過(guò)50米的液位計(jì)應(yīng)在電纜長(zhǎng)度的1 / 2處(或略大于1 / 2處)用卡輪卡緊電纜,通過(guò)尼龍繩吊下邊的電纜和傳感器,尼龍繩的另一端固定在井口的適當(dāng)位置.卡輪的卡緊方式如圖所示:電纜在輪溝上繞一圈,其交叉處用不銹鋼件通過(guò)四個(gè)不銹鋼螺栓壓緊,尼龍繩一端穿過(guò)不銹鋼件的孔并栓緊,另一端上拉至井口固定,卡輪上方的電纜務(wù)必處于松馳狀態(tài).
